Dear friends,
In January 2006, André left us after a long and brave
fight against this terrible disease, ALS (amyotrophic lateral
sclerosis).
We made for him an oath to continue to fight, united, so that
his passing would not be in vain and serves to further research
and the assistance to both patients and their families often
left constrained by the new challenges and the adaptation process.
That is why, as member of the board or Ambassador, I ask you
to put your talents and your resources in the service of the
memory of André, by means of the Foundation and the
initiatives which it will take in the next year.
Thank you for your time, for your generosity and your talent
that when joined together, will form the strong link of channels
which will allow us to continue in the way which André had
chosen: courage and fight.
